5. Booking and payment systems
We use TeamUp to manage memberships, bookings and payments. TeamUp acts as a data processor on our behalf. All payment processing is handled through this third party system.

6. Marketing communications
If you choose to receive marketing emails, we will send updates about news, events and offers.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us at info@rodneyfitness.co.uk.
7. Competitions
Competitions are run online only.
We use your details to administer the competition and contact winners.
Winners’ names will only be published with their permission.
Competition data will be deleted within three months of the competition closing unless you have provided separate consent to receive marketing communications.
8. CCTV
CCTV operates within the gym premises for the purposes of safety, security and crime prevention.
Footage is retained for a limited period and then automatically deleted unless required for investigation or legal purposes.
9. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary.
- Membership and booking records: retained for up to six years after cancellation.
- Health information: retained during active membership and deleted within 12 months of cancellation unless required for legal or insurance purposes.
- Competition data: retained for up to three months after the competition ends unless marketing consent has been given.
- CCTV footage: retained for a limited operational period unless required for investigation.
10. Data sharing
We may share personal data with:
- TeamUp as our booking and payment processor
- Professional advisers such as accountants or insurers
- Legal or regulatory authorities where required by law
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
